However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.All orders are non-returnable.

5. SHIPPING POLICY
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item based on policies of the courier companies. A weights will be rounded up to the next full kg. For domestic orders within Pakistan, charges of Rupees 300 flat. Shipping charges for customers with UK or USA shipping address are USD 30 on the purchase of one product and USD 10.0 on each additional product. The shipping charges for Bridals would be USD 150.
